By using nidava.co or any NIDAVA CO. service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

02Services

NIDAVA CO. provides website and app design and development, software systems, hosting, domain registration, business email, AI, cybersecurity and technical support.

The details of each project, including scope, timeline and cost, are set out in a written quote or contract signed by both parties. Where they conflict, that contract takes precedence over these terms.

03Using the site

You agree not to use the site in a way that harms it or its users, including:

• attempting unauthorised access to our systems
• sending harmful or spam content through the forms
• copying site content for commercial use without permission

04Intellectual property

The content, designs and logos on this site are owned by or licensed to NIDAVA CO.

Ownership of work delivered to a client transfers as set out in the project contract, once all fees are paid.

05Payment

We accept bank transfer, cash and some e-wallets. Larger projects are paid in milestones on an agreed schedule.

06Hosting and domains

Hosting and domain services are subject to the terms of the relevant providers and registries and renew for the subscription period. We remind you before renewal; paying on time remains the client's responsibility.

07Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep information accurate and services available, but we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the site or being unable to access it, except as set out in a written contract.

08Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Baghdad have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
